Every case we press carries our manufacturing warranty. This page is what that covers, what it does not, and the fastest route to having it honoured.
What the warranty covers
Faults in how the case was made: a hinge that sags out of square under normal use, a seam or strap anchor that pulls, a zip that fails without being forced, a moulded shell that loses its shape with nothing pressing on it, delamination of the outer skin. If the case stopped doing its job and you did not break it, that is ours.
What it does not cover
Wear that is simply use — scuffs, a faded panel, a worn-smooth grab handle. Damage from solvents, from heat, or from the case being crushed by something much heavier than it was built to take. And the machine inside: we make the case, and no case is an insurance policy on a laptop.
How to claim
Through the order page of the store you bought from. They hold the record of the purchase, so they can settle a replacement or a refund without a second round of evidence, and our warranty stands behind whatever they agree. Going to them first is always faster than going to us first.
If the fit is wrong
That is a return rather than a warranty claim, and the same order page handles it. Fit is the thing we would most like you to check before buying — our measuring guide exists for exactly this, and it takes five minutes.
Photographs help
One shot of the whole case, one close up on the fault. Most claims are settled from those two pictures alone.
Talk to us anyway
Even when the store settles it, we would like to know. A fault that shows up twice in a month is a mould or a batch, and the only way we find out is if somebody tells us.
