We cut this one for HP Victus 15. the handle and the strap are already on it — it goes into a bag that already has a laptop in it, and it does not change the shape of that bag.

What we care about is the gap between the HP Victus 15 and the wall around it. The strap anchors are riveted through a doubled panel, because that is the seam that tears when a bag is full. A machine that slides half an inch inside its own case is a machine that arrives with a dented lid.
