Why we cut this one
We made this for DELL XPS 15, and for the way that machine actually travels — desk, bag, train table, desk again. the cut follows one machine, not a size bracket.
We tried this pattern the way the DELL XPS 15 actually travels — bag on the floor of a train, bag in the boot, bag dropped on a tiled hallway. The lining is brushed rather than woven rough, so the lid does not pick up a haze of fine scratches over a year.
Pack the DELL XPS 15, then a phone, its cable and a set of keys, and the black shell still closes flat — the pocket was sized after the machine, not before it.
The Black finish is what this listing is in 15.6 inch — it was measured against 15.6 inch DELL XPS 15,for 15.6 inch DELL Precision 5570 Workstation,Protective Laptop Case with Pocket(EF631).
