Why we cut this one
This is our hard EVA shells made for Microsoft Surface Studio 2. Super Corner reinforcement sits in the four corners, so the fit is a fit and not an approximation.
We tried this pattern the way the Microsoft Surface Studio 2 actually travels — bag on the floor of a train, bag in the boot, bag dropped on a tiled hallway. Super Corner reinforcement sits in the four corners, which is where a dropped bag lands roughly nine times out of ten.
The front compartment takes a charger, a short cable and a mouse — enough that a 14.4-inch case stops being a laptop case and starts being the whole kit.
