Why we cut this one

We made this for HP Envy X360 15/15z/15t, and for the way that machine actually travels — desk, bag, train table, desk again. Super Corner reinforcement sits in the four corners.

Super Corner reinforcement sits in the four corners, which is where a dropped bag lands roughly nine times out of ten. That matters more on the HP Envy X360 15 than on most machines, because its lid is the widest flat panel you own and the first thing a dropped bag finds.

Besides the HP Envy X360 15 it swallows a brick, two cables and a pass, which is usually the difference between one bag and two.

You are looking at the X Series-Black version in 15.6 inch. It was measured against 15.6 inch HP Envy X360 15/15z/15t, for 15.6 inch Pavilion x360 Convertible-15t/15 Laptop (X8273).

Before you buy

Does this pattern hold its shape with nothing inside?

It does. That is the point of moulded EVA — the case stands on a shelf empty and does not collapse into a fold, so the HP Envy X360 15 slides back in without a fight.

Is the 15.6-inch case water-resistant?

It sheds rain on the walk from the car to the door, and the HP Envy X360 15 stays dry inside. It is not a dry bag — do not put it under water and expect the same.

What if the HP Envy X360 15 turns out to be a different revision?

Fit is the one thing we would rather you check twice. Compare the model number on the base of the HP Envy X360 15 with the list on this page, and if it is not there, send the case back through the order page of the store you bought it from.
