Why we cut this one
This is our hard EVA shells made for Acer ConceptD 5. Super Corner reinforcement sits in the four corners, so the fit is a fit and not an approximation.
A case is worth its room in the bag for what it stops, and on the Acer ConceptD 5 the part that pays for a knock is the lid. Super Corner reinforcement sits in the four corners, which is where a dropped bag lands roughly nine times out of ten. The shell takes the hit instead, so we would rather it be stiff and slightly dull than soft and pretty.
The front compartment takes a charger, a short cable and a mouse — enough that a 16-inch case stops being a laptop case and starts being the whole kit.
X Series-Black in 16 inch, and that is the whole difference between this page and its neighbours. It was measured against Acer ConceptD 5.
