Why we cut this one
We cut this one for ASUS Vivobook 17X K3704. Super Corner reinforcement sits in the four corners — it goes into a bag that already has a laptop in it, and it does not change the shape of that bag.
A case is worth its room in the bag for what it stops, and on the ASUS Vivobook 17X K3704 the part that pays for a knock is the lid. Super Corner reinforcement sits in the four corners, which is where a dropped bag lands roughly nine times out of ten. The shell takes the hit instead, so we would rather it be stiff and slightly dull than soft and pretty.
Pack the ASUS Vivobook 17X K3704, then a slim charger, a cable roll and a key pouch, and the x series-black shell still closes flat — the pocket was sized after the machine, not before it.
The X Series-Black finish is what this listing is in 17.3 inch — it was measured against ASUS Vivobook 17 F1704 Laptop, for SideTrak Solo 17.3 inch Portable Monitor, Sleeve Bag (X8314).
