Why we cut this one
We cut this one for Dell Alienware x17 R2. Super Corner reinforcement sits in the four corners — it goes into a bag that already has a laptop in it, and it does not change the shape of that bag.
A case is worth its room in the bag for what it stops, and on the Dell Alienware x17 R2 the part that pays for a knock is the lid. Super Corner reinforcement sits in the four corners, which is where a dropped bag lands roughly nine times out of ten. The shell takes the hit instead, so we would rather it be stiff and slightly dull than soft and pretty.
Besides the Dell Alienware x17 R2 it swallows a phone, its cable and a set of keys, which is usually the difference between one bag and two.
This one is the plain cut in 17.3 inch. It was measured against 17.3 inch Dell Alienware x17 R2, for Alienware m17 R5/R4/R3/R2 Gaming Laptop, Anti-Shock Case(X8333).
