Why we cut this one
DELL XPS 17 9730/9720/9710/9700 — that is the machine this one was measured against. Super Corner reinforcement sits in the four corners, and the outside stays flat enough to slide into a locker or an overhead bin.
A case is worth its room in the bag for what it stops, and on the DELL XPS 17 the part that pays for a knock is the lid. Super Corner reinforcement sits in the four corners, which is where a dropped bag lands roughly nine times out of ten. The shell takes the hit instead, so we would rather it be stiff and slightly dull than soft and pretty.
There is a flat pocket for an adapter, a dongle and a folded cloth. It sits against the outer wall, so adding a charger does not press anything into the lid of the DELL XPS 17.
This one is the X Series-Black cut in 17 inch. It was measured against DELL XPS 17 9730/9720/9710/9700.
