We cut this one for Microsoft Surface 2025. Super Corner reinforcement sits in the four corners — it goes into a bag that already has a laptop in it, and it does not change the shape of that bag.
A case is worth its room in the bag for what it stops, and on the Microsoft Surface the part that pays for a knock is the lid. Super Corner reinforcement sits in the four corners, which is where a dropped bag lands roughly nine times out of ten. The shell takes the hit instead, so we would rather it be stiff and slightly dull than soft and pretty.
The front compartment takes a travel adapter, a USB-C hub and a stylus — enough that a 13-inch case stops being a laptop case and starts being the whole kit.
