Hard Laptop Case for 16inch HP OMEN MAX Gaming Laptop 16t-ah000/16

Why we cut this one

We build this hard EVA shells around HP OMEN MAX Gaming Laptop 16t-ah000/16. The A1550 pattern is ours. Super Corner reinforcement sits in the four corners, which is the whole reason we cut a separate pattern instead of selling one size for everything.

A case is worth its room in the bag for what it stops, and on the HP OMEN MAX Gaming Laptop 16t-ah000 the part that pays for a knock is the lid. Super Corner reinforcement sits in the four corners, which is where a dropped bag lands roughly nine times out of ten. The shell takes the hit instead, so we would rather it be stiff and slightly dull than soft and pretty.

The front compartment takes a travel adapter, a USB-C hub and a stylus — enough that a 16-inch case stops being a laptop case and starts being the whole kit.

Before you buy

Does the A1550 hold its shape with nothing inside?

It does. That is the point of moulded EVA — the case stands on a shelf empty and does not collapse into a fold, so the HP OMEN MAX Gaming Laptop 16t-ah000 slides back in without a fight.

Is the 16-inch case water-resistant?

It sheds rain on the walk from the car to the door, and the HP OMEN MAX Gaming Laptop 16t-ah000 stays dry inside. It is not a dry bag — do not put it under water and expect the same.

Where do I track the parcel for the A1550?

On the order page of the store you bought from — they pack and ship the case for the HP OMEN MAX Gaming Laptop 16t-ah000, so the tracking number lives with them.
