Why we cut this one

We cut this one for HP/Alienware/ASUS/Acer/MSI. Super Corner reinforcement sits in the four corners — it goes into a bag that already has a laptop in it, and it does not change the shape of that bag.

Ask anyone who has opened a bag to a cracked screen: the knock came through a corner. Super Corner reinforcement sits in the four corners, which is where a dropped bag lands roughly nine times out of ten. We drew this pattern around the HP with that in mind.

Besides the HP it swallows a brick, two cables and a pass, which is usually the difference between one bag and two.

Black-18 Inch in 18 inch, and that is the whole difference between this page and its neighbours. It was measured against 18 inch Alienware 18/m18,ASUS ROG Strix G18/Scar18 2025/2024,Acer Predator Helios 18/Neo 18,Raider 18HX,HP OMEN 17.

Before you buy

Can I run a trolley strap through the 18-inch case?

Yes. The back panel is flat and firm, so a trolley strap or a shoulder strap sits across it without folding the case or pressing on the HP.

Does it fit in a carry-on as well?

Yes — the outer walls of this pattern stay flat, so with the HP inside it drops into a laptop compartment or a carry-on without bulging.

What if the HP turns out to be a different revision?

Fit is the one thing we would rather you check twice. Compare the model number on the base of the HP with the list on this page, and if it is not there, send the case back through the order page of the store you bought it from.
