Why we cut this one

We made this for ASUS Chromebook CR1104F/CZ1104F, and for the way that machine actually travels — desk, bag, train table, desk again. the hard inner shell hides under a flat outer skin.

Ask anyone who has opened a bag to a cracked screen: the knock came through a corner. The inner shell is the same EVA we use on the hard line — the difference is the outer skin, not the protection. We drew this pattern around the ASUS Chromebook CR1104F with that in mind.

There is a flat pocket for a notebook, a pen and a card wallet. It sits against the outer wall, so adding a charger does not press anything into the lid of the ASUS Chromebook CR1104F.

This one is the Black cut in 11.6 inch. It was measured against ASUS Chromebook CR1104F/CZ1104F.

Before you buy

Is there room for the charger of the ASUS Chromebook CR1104F?

Yes — next to the ASUS Chromebook CR1104F the pocket takes a notebook, a pen and a card wallet. Bulky gaming bricks fit too, though the front then sits a little proud.

Will the zip pull scratch the ASUS Chromebook CR1104F?

No. The sliders on this pattern sit in a recessed channel and the pull folds flat, so the metal never reaches the ASUS Chromebook CR1104F.

What if the ASUS Chromebook CR1104F turns out to be a different revision?

Fit is the one thing we would rather you check twice. Compare the model number on the base of the ASUS Chromebook CR1104F with the list on this page, and if it is not there, send the case back through the order page of the store you bought it from.
