Why we cut this one
We build this UrbanEdge cases around 14-16 inch Lenovo ThinkPad X1. the hard inner shell hides under a flat outer skin, which is the whole reason we cut a separate pattern instead of selling one size for everything.
The inner shell is the same EVA we use on the hard line — the difference is the outer skin, not the protection. That matters more on the 14-16 inch Lenovo ThinkPad X1 than on most machines, because its lid is the widest flat panel you own and the first thing a dropped bag finds.
Alongside the 14-16 inch Lenovo ThinkPad X1 there is room for a phone, its cable and a set of keys. We would rather give you one honest pocket than four that each hold half a thing.
You are looking at the Black version in 16 inch. It was measured against 14-16 inch Lenovo ThinkPad X1.
