Why we cut this one
We cut this one for ASUS ExpertBook B2 Flip. the hard inner shell hides under a flat outer skin — it goes into a bag that already has a laptop in it, and it does not change the shape of that bag.
A case is worth its room in the bag for what it stops, and on the ASUS ExpertBook B2 Flip the part that pays for a knock is the lid. The inner shell is the same EVA we use on the hard line — the difference is the outer skin, not the protection. The shell takes the hit instead, so we would rather it be stiff and slightly dull than soft and pretty.
Pack the ASUS ExpertBook B2 Flip, then a brick, two cables and a pass, and the black shell still closes flat — the pocket was sized after the machine, not before it.
This one is the Black cut in 14 inch. It was measured against 14 inch ASUS ExpertBook B2 Flip B2402F/B2 B2402C,with Accessory Pocket(UE617).
