Why we cut this one

We cut this one for DELL Latitude 7450. the hard inner shell hides under a flat outer skin — it goes into a bag that already has a laptop in it, and it does not change the shape of that bag.

A case is worth its room in the bag for what it stops, and on the DELL Latitude the part that pays for a knock is the lid. The inner shell is the same EVA we use on the hard line — the difference is the outer skin, not the protection. The shell takes the hit instead, so we would rather it be stiff and slightly dull than soft and pretty.

The front compartment takes a phone, its cable and a set of keys — enough that a 14-inch case stops being a laptop case and starts being the whole kit.

You are looking at the Black version in 14 inch. It was measured against DELL Latitude 7450.

Before you buy

Does this pattern hold its shape with nothing inside?

It does. That is the point of moulded EVA — the case stands on a shelf empty and does not collapse into a fold, so the DELL Latitude slides back in without a fight.

Will the zip pull scratch the DELL Latitude?

No. The sliders on this pattern sit in a recessed channel and the pull folds flat, so the metal never reaches the DELL Latitude.

Does this pattern come with a warranty?

Every case we press carries our manufacturing warranty, and the one cut for the DELL Latitude is no exception. Claims go through the order page of the store you bought from — they hold the record of the purchase, so they can settle it fastest.
