Why we cut this one
HP Elite mt645 G7/G8 — that is the machine this one was measured against. the hard inner shell hides under a flat outer skin, and the outside stays flat enough to slide into a locker or an overhead bin.
A case is worth its room in the bag for what it stops, and on the HP Elite mt645 G7 the part that pays for a knock is the lid. The inner shell is the same EVA we use on the hard line — the difference is the outer skin, not the protection. The shell takes the hit instead, so we would rather it be stiff and slightly dull than soft and pretty.
Besides the HP Elite mt645 G7 it swallows a phone, its cable and a set of keys, which is usually the difference between one bag and two.
You are looking at the Black version in 14 inch. It was measured against 14 inch HP Elite mt645 G7/G8 Mobile Thin Client,Envy x360 14t-es000,Pavilion x360 2-in-1 Laptop 14t/14(UE469).
