Why we cut this one

We made this for HP EliteBook 640 G10/G9, and for the way that machine actually travels — desk, bag, train table, desk again. the hard inner shell hides under a flat outer skin.

Ask anyone who has opened a bag to a cracked screen: the knock came through a corner. The inner shell is the same EVA we use on the hard line — the difference is the outer skin, not the protection. We drew this pattern around the HP EliteBook 640 G10 with that in mind.

There is a flat pocket for a slim charger, a cable roll and a key pouch. It sits against the outer wall, so adding a charger does not press anything into the lid of the HP EliteBook 640 G10.

You are looking at the Black version in 14 inch. It was measured against 14 inch HP EliteBook 645 G9 Wolf Pro,mt440/Pro mt440 G3/mt645 G7 Mobile Thin Client,ProBook 440/445 G10/G9(UE469).

Before you buy

Will the HP EliteBook 640 G10 still fit with a skin on the lid?

A protective skin or a thin screen cover is fine — there is a little give in this pattern. A second hard shell already clipped to the HP EliteBook 640 G10 is not, because the case is cut to the bare machine.

Does it fit in a briefcase as well?

Yes — the outer walls of this pattern stay flat, so with the HP EliteBook 640 G10 inside it drops into a laptop compartment or a briefcase without bulging.

What if the HP EliteBook 640 G10 turns out to be a different revision?

Fit is the one thing we would rather you check twice. Compare the model number on the base of the HP EliteBook 640 G10 with the list on this page, and if it is not there, send the case back through the order page of the store you bought it from.
