Why we cut this one
We build this UrbanEdge cases around Lenovo IdeaPad 5 G7. the hard inner shell hides under a flat outer skin, which is the whole reason we cut a separate pattern instead of selling one size for everything.
What we care about is the gap between the Lenovo IdeaPad 5 G7 and the wall around it. The inner shell is the same EVA we use on the hard line — the difference is the outer skin, not the protection. A machine that slides half an inch inside its own case is a machine that arrives with a dented lid.
There is a flat pocket for a charger, a short cable and a mouse. It sits against the outer wall, so adding a charger does not press anything into the lid of the Lenovo IdeaPad 5 G7.
