Why we cut this one

We build this UrbanEdge cases around DELL Inspiron 16/16 2-in-1. the hard inner shell hides under a flat outer skin, which is the whole reason we cut a separate pattern instead of selling one size for everything.

Ask anyone who has opened a bag to a cracked screen: the knock came through a corner. The inner shell is the same EVA we use on the hard line — the difference is the outer skin, not the protection. We drew this pattern around the DELL Inspiron 16 with that in mind.

Pack the DELL Inspiron 16, then an adapter, a dongle and a folded cloth, and the black shell still closes flat — the pocket was sized after the machine, not before it.

Before you buy

Will the DELL Inspiron 16 still fit with a skin on the lid?

A protective skin or a thin screen cover is fine — there is a little give in this pattern. A second hard shell already clipped to the DELL Inspiron 16 is not, because the case is cut to the bare machine.

Does it fit in a rucksack as well?
