Why we cut this one
We made this for HP EliteBook 6/8 G1i/G1a, and for the way that machine actually travels — desk, bag, train table, desk again. the hard inner shell hides under a flat outer skin.
What we care about is the gap between the HP EliteBook 6 and the wall around it. The inner shell is the same EVA we use on the hard line — the difference is the outer skin, not the protection. A machine that slides half an inch inside its own case is a machine that arrives with a dented lid.
Pack the HP EliteBook 6, then a slim charger, a cable roll and a key pouch, and the black shell still closes flat — the pocket was sized after the machine, not before it.
This one is the Black cut in 16 inch. It was measured against 16 inch HP EliteBook 6/8 G1i/G1a 16;EliteBook-660/665 G11;EliteBook 860/865 G11/G10/G9,with Accessory Pocket(UE647).
