Why we cut this one
We cut this one for DELL Vostro 15/Vostro 3520/3530/3535. the cut follows one machine, not a size bracket — it goes into a bag that already has a laptop in it, and it does not change the shape of that bag.
A case is worth its room in the bag for what it stops, and on the DELL Vostro 15 the part that pays for a knock is the lid. The lining is brushed rather than woven rough, so the lid does not pick up a haze of fine scratches over a year. The shell takes the hit instead, so we would rather it be stiff and slightly dull than soft and pretty.
Pack the DELL Vostro 15, then a brick, two cables and a pass, and the elite-black shell still closes flat — the pocket was sized after the machine, not before it.
The Elite-Black finish is what this listing is in 15.6 inch — it was measured against DELL Vostro 15/Vostro 3520/3530/3535.
