Why we cut this one

MSI Thin GF63/GF63 Thin — that is the machine this one was measured against. the cut follows one machine, not a size bracket, and the outside stays flat enough to slide into a locker or an overhead bin.

We tried the E613 the way the MSI Thin GF63 actually travels — bag on the floor of a train, bag in the boot, bag dropped on a tiled hallway. The lining is brushed rather than woven rough, so the lid does not pick up a haze of fine scratches over a year.

Besides the MSI Thin GF63 it swallows a travel adapter, a USB-C hub and a stylus, which is usually the difference between one bag and two.

Elite-Black in 15.6 inch, and that is the whole difference between this page and its neighbours. It was measured against 15.6 inch MSI GV15 Thin/GF65 THIN/Cyborg 15,Cyborg 15 Max C2W,MSI Case with Accessory Pocket(E613).

Before you buy

Is there room for the charger of the MSI Thin GF63?

Yes — next to the MSI Thin GF63 the pocket takes a travel adapter, a USB-C hub and a stylus. Bulky gaming bricks fit too, though the front then sits a little proud.

How do I clean the elite-black finish?

A damp cloth and nothing else, with the MSI Thin GF63 taken out first. Solvents lift the coating off the outer skin of the E613 and leave a dull patch that never evens out.

Does the E613 come with a warranty?

Every case we press carries our manufacturing warranty, and the one cut for the MSI Thin GF63 is no exception. Claims go through the order page of the store you bought from — they hold the record of the purchase, so they can settle it fastest.
