Why we cut this one
Legion 9i Gen 9 — that is the machine this one was measured against. the cut follows one machine, not a size bracket, and the outside stays flat enough to slide into a locker or an overhead bin.
What we care about is the gap between the Legion 9i and the wall around it. The lining is brushed rather than woven rough, so the lid does not pick up a haze of fine scratches over a year. A machine that slides half an inch inside its own case is a machine that arrives with a dented lid.
The front compartment takes a slim charger, a cable roll and a key pouch — enough that a 16-inch case stops being a laptop case and starts being the whole kit.
This one is the Elite-Black cut in 16 inch. It was measured against 16 inch Lenovo LOQ 16IRH8/16APH8 Gaming Laptop,Case with Accessory Pocket,YKK Zipper(E611).
