Why we cut this one
Lenovo ThinkPad E16 — that is the machine this one was measured against. the cut follows one machine, not a size bracket, and the outside stays flat enough to slide into a locker or an overhead bin.
We tried the E16 the way the Lenovo ThinkPad E16 actually travels — bag on the floor of a train, bag in the boot, bag dropped on a tiled hallway. The lining is brushed rather than woven rough, so the lid does not pick up a haze of fine scratches over a year.
Pack the Lenovo ThinkPad E16, then a power bank, earbuds and a spare drive, and the elite-black shell still closes flat — the pocket was sized after the machine, not before it.
This one is the Elite-Black cut in 16 inch. It was measured against 16 inch Lenovo ThinkPad E16,ThinkBook 16p/15p Gen2,IdeaPad Pro 5/5i Gen 8/Slim 5/5i,Yoga Slim 7 Pro Gen 6(E619).
