Why we cut this one
The A485S pattern is ours. We made this for Apple MacBook, and for the way that machine actually travels — desk, bag, train table, desk again. the lid folds back into a wedge.
What we care about is the gap between the Apple MacBook and the wall around it. The hinge is the weak point in most hard cases, so ours is reinforced along the full length and the shell stays square when the lid is open. A machine that slides half an inch inside its own case is a machine that arrives with a dented lid.
Alongside the Apple MacBook there is room for an adapter, a dongle and a folded cloth. We would rather give you one honest pocket than four that each hold half a thing.
This one is the Black cut in 14 inch. It was measured against 14 inch Apple MacBook Air Early 2014/2015/2017 A1466,HP Probook 445 G9,ASUS Vivobook S14 S433,ACER Aspire 14.
