Why we cut this one

We made this for Lenovo Yoga 9i 2 in 1 Gen 7/8, and for the way that machine actually travels — desk, bag, train table, desk again. the cut follows one machine, not a size bracket.

We tried this pattern the way the Lenovo Yoga 9i 2 in 1 actually travels — bag on the floor of a train, bag in the boot, bag dropped on a tiled hallway. The lining is brushed rather than woven rough, so the lid does not pick up a haze of fine scratches over a year.

Pack the Lenovo Yoga 9i 2 in 1, then a slim charger, a cable roll and a key pouch, and the black shell still closes flat — the pocket was sized after the machine, not before it.

The Black finish is what this listing is in 14 inch — it was measured against MacBook Air Early, ASUS Vivobook Flip 14 TP412, ASUS Zenbook Pro 14 Duo OLED UX8402, Galaxy Book Go, Lenovo Yoga Slim 7x.

Before you buy

Will the Lenovo Yoga 9i 2 in 1 still fit with a skin on the lid?

A protective skin or a thin screen cover is fine — there is a little give in this pattern. A second hard shell already clipped to the Lenovo Yoga 9i 2 in 1 is not, because the case is cut to the bare machine.

How do I clean the black finish?

A damp cloth and nothing else, with the Lenovo Yoga 9i 2 in 1 taken out first. Solvents lift the coating off the outer skin of this pattern and leave a dull patch that never evens out.

Does this pattern come with a warranty?

Every case we press carries our manufacturing warranty, and the one cut for the Lenovo Yoga 9i 2 in 1 is no exception. Claims go through the order page of the store you bought from — they hold the record of the purchase, so they can settle it fastest.
