Why we cut this one
Lenovo LOQ Essential Gen 9 — that is the machine this one was measured against. the cut follows one machine, not a size bracket, and the outside stays flat enough to slide into a locker or an overhead bin.
What we care about is the gap between the Lenovo LOQ Essential and the wall around it. The lining is brushed rather than woven rough, so the lid does not pick up a haze of fine scratches over a year. A machine that slides half an inch inside its own case is a machine that arrives with a dented lid.
There is a flat pocket for a travel adapter, a USB-C hub and a stylus. It sits against the outer wall, so adding a charger does not press anything into the lid of the Lenovo LOQ Essential.
This one is the Black cut in 15.6 inch. It was measured against HP ZBook Power G10/G9, for DELL Latitude 5530/5540/5550, for DELL Inspiron 15, for Vostro 3520, Precision 3580/3591/3590.
