Why we cut this one
We cut this one for HP/Lenovo/ASUS/MSI/Razer. the cut follows one machine, not a size bracket — it goes into a bag that already has a laptop in it, and it does not change the shape of that bag.
The point of cutting this pattern tight to the HP is simple: The lining is brushed rather than woven rough, so the lid does not pick up a haze of fine scratches over a year. Nothing moves, so nothing wears a mark into the corner of the lid.
There is a flat pocket for a phone, its cable and a set of keys. It sits against the outer wall, so adding a charger does not press anything into the lid of the HP.
