Why we cut this one
Apple MacBook Air Early 2015 — that is the machine this one was measured against. the cut follows one machine, not a size bracket, and the outside stays flat enough to slide into a locker or an overhead bin.
We tried this pattern the way the Apple MacBook Air Early actually travels — bag on the floor of a train, bag in the boot, bag dropped on a tiled hallway. The lining is brushed rather than woven rough, so the lid does not pick up a haze of fine scratches over a year.
The front compartment takes a brick, two cables and a pass — enough that a 11.6-inch case stops being a laptop case and starts being the whole kit.
