Why we cut this one
The P1512 pattern is ours. We made this for ASUS ExpertBook B1 B1500, and for the way that machine actually travels — desk, bag, train table, desk again. the cut follows one machine, not a size bracket.
A case is worth its room in the bag for what it stops, and on the ASUS ExpertBook B1 B1500 the part that pays for a knock is the lid. The lining is brushed rather than woven rough, so the lid does not pick up a haze of fine scratches over a year. The shell takes the hit instead, so we would rather it be stiff and slightly dull than soft and pretty.
Pack the ASUS ExpertBook B1 B1500, then a charger, a short cable and a mouse, and the black shell still closes flat — the pocket was sized after the machine, not before it.
