Why we cut this one
HP EliteBook 6/8 G1i/G1a — that is the machine this one was measured against. the cut follows one machine, not a size bracket, and the outside stays flat enough to slide into a locker or an overhead bin.
A case is worth its room in the bag for what it stops, and on the HP EliteBook 6 the part that pays for a knock is the lid. The lining is brushed rather than woven rough, so the lid does not pick up a haze of fine scratches over a year. The shell takes the hit instead, so we would rather it be stiff and slightly dull than soft and pretty.
Besides the HP EliteBook 6 it swallows a slim charger, a cable roll and a key pouch, which is usually the difference between one bag and two.
This one is the Black cut in 16 inch. It was measured against 16 inch HP EliteBook 660/665 G11,EliteBook 860 G9/G10/G11,EliteBook 865 G11/G10/ G9,with Accessory Pocket(EF647).
