Why we cut this one
We made this for Lenovo Legion 9i Gen 9, and for the way that machine actually travels — desk, bag, train table, desk again. the cut follows one machine, not a size bracket.
A case is worth its room in the bag for what it stops, and on the Lenovo Legion 9i the part that pays for a knock is the lid. The lining is brushed rather than woven rough, so the lid does not pick up a haze of fine scratches over a year. The shell takes the hit instead, so we would rather it be stiff and slightly dull than soft and pretty.
The front compartment takes a power bank, earbuds and a spare drive — enough that a 16-inch case stops being a laptop case and starts being the whole kit.
The Black finish is what this listing is in 16 inch — it was measured against 16 inch Lenovo Legion 9i Gen 9,with Accessory Pocket(EF652).
