Why we cut this one
We made this for Microsoft Surface Laptop 6/5/4, and for the way that machine actually travels — desk, bag, train table, desk again. the cut follows one machine, not a size bracket.
The lining is brushed rather than woven rough, so the lid does not pick up a haze of fine scratches over a year. That matters more on the Microsoft Surface Laptop 6 than on most machines, because its lid is the widest flat panel you own and the first thing a dropped bag finds.
