Why we cut this one
Microsoft Surface Laptop 2024 — that is the machine this one was measured against. the cut follows one machine, not a size bracket, and the outside stays flat enough to slide into a locker or an overhead bin.
We tried the E437G the way the Microsoft Surface Laptop actually travels — bag on the floor of a train, bag in the boot, bag dropped on a tiled hallway. The lining is brushed rather than woven rough, so the lid does not pick up a haze of fine scratches over a year.
There is a flat pocket for a phone, its cable and a set of keys. It sits against the outer wall, so adding a charger does not press anything into the lid of the Microsoft Surface Laptop.
This one is the plain cut in 13.8 inch. It was measured against 13.8 inch Microsoft Surface for Business,Copilot+,13 inch Protective Computer Case with Accessory Pocket,Green (E437G).
