Why we cut this one
We cut this one for Microsoft/ACER/ASUS/HP. the cut follows one machine, not a size bracket — the S424 pattern means it goes into a bag that already has a laptop in it, and it does not change the shape of that bag.
We tried the S424 the way the Microsoft actually travels — bag on the floor of a train, bag in the boot, bag dropped on a tiled hallway. The lining is brushed rather than woven rough, so the lid does not pick up a haze of fine scratches over a year.
There is a flat pocket for a power bank, earbuds and a spare drive. It sits against the outer wall, so adding a charger does not press anything into the lid of the Microsoft.
This one is the Black cut in 14 inch. It was measured against Microsoft Surface,ACER Chromebook/TravelMate,ASUS Chromebook Vibe,HP mt22, Surface 7,Case with Textured Fabric(S424).
