Why we cut this one

The S619 pattern is ours. We made this for DELL Latitude 7640/7650, and for the way that machine actually travels — desk, bag, train table, desk again. the cut follows one machine, not a size bracket.

A case is worth its room in the bag for what it stops, and on the DELL Latitude the part that pays for a knock is the lid. The lining is brushed rather than woven rough, so the lid does not pick up a haze of fine scratches over a year. The shell takes the hit instead, so we would rather it be stiff and slightly dull than soft and pretty.
