Why we cut this one
We build this laptop sleeves around HP ZBook Studio G11/16 G11. The S646 pattern is ours. the cut follows one machine, not a size bracket, which is the whole reason we cut a separate pattern instead of selling one size for everything.
What we care about is the gap between the HP ZBook Studio G11 and the wall around it. The lining is brushed rather than woven rough, so the lid does not pick up a haze of fine scratches over a year. A machine that slides half an inch inside its own case is a machine that arrives with a dented lid.
Pack the HP ZBook Studio G11, then a brick, two cables and a pass, and the black shell still closes flat — the pocket was sized after the machine, not before it.
