Why we cut this one
Lenovo IdeaPad 3i G6 — that is the machine this one was measured against. the cut follows one machine, not a size bracket, and the outside stays flat enough to slide into a locker or an overhead bin.
We tried the S420 the way the Lenovo IdeaPad 3i G6 actually travels — bag on the floor of a train, bag in the boot, bag dropped on a tiled hallway. The lining is brushed rather than woven rough, so the lid does not pick up a haze of fine scratches over a year.
There is a flat pocket for a notebook, a pen and a card wallet. It sits against the outer wall, so adding a charger does not press anything into the lid of the Lenovo IdeaPad 3i G6.
