The point of cutting the MS134 tight to the DELL Alienware 18 Area-51 is simple: The hinge is the weak point in most hard cases, so ours is reinforced along the full length and the shell stays square when the lid is open. Nothing moves, so nothing wears a mark into the corner of the lid.
The front compartment takes a slim charger, a cable roll and a key pouch — enough that a 18-inch case stops being a laptop case and starts being the whole kit.
