Why we cut this one
The MS63 pattern is ours. We made this for Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 Gen8, and for the way that machine actually travels — desk, bag, train table, desk again. the lid folds back into a wedge.
A case is worth its room in the bag for what it stops, and on the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 Gen8 the part that pays for a knock is the lid. The hinge is the weak point in most hard cases, so ours is reinforced along the full length and the shell stays square when the lid is open. The shell takes the hit instead, so we would rather it be stiff and slightly dull than soft and pretty.
Pack the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 Gen8, then a phone, its cable and a set of keys, and the ms - black shell still closes flat — the pocket was sized after the machine, not before it.
This one is the MS - Black cut in 14 inch. It was measured against Lenovo 14e Chromebook Gen 2/Yoga Pro 7i, for Acer Chromebook Vero 514/Chromebook Spin 514.
