Why we cut this one
We build this hard cases with a built-in stand around HP 255 G10. The MS82 pattern is ours. the lid folds back into a wedge, which is the whole reason we cut a separate pattern instead of selling one size for everything.
The point of cutting the MS82 tight to the HP 255 G10 is simple: The hinge is the weak point in most hard cases, so ours is reinforced along the full length and the shell stays square when the lid is open. Nothing moves, so nothing wears a mark into the corner of the lid.
The front compartment takes a phone, its cable and a set of keys — enough that a 15.6-inch case stops being a laptop case and starts being the whole kit.
plain in 15.6 inch, and that is the whole difference between this page and its neighbours. It was measured against EliteBook 650/655, for ProBook 450/455, for ZBook Power G9/G10 Mobile Workstation, for HP Pavilion 15.
