Why we cut this one
We build this hard cases with a built-in stand around Lenovo ThinkBook 16 Gen 8. The MS89 pattern is ours. the lid folds back into a wedge, which is the whole reason we cut a separate pattern instead of selling one size for everything.
We tried the MS89 the way the Lenovo ThinkBook 16 actually travels — bag on the floor of a train, bag in the boot, bag dropped on a tiled hallway. The hinge is the weak point in most hard cases, so ours is reinforced along the full length and the shell stays square when the lid is open.
Alongside the Lenovo ThinkBook 16 there is room for a brick, two cables and a pass. We would rather give you one honest pocket than four that each hold half a thing.
