Why we cut this one
We build this hard cases with a built-in stand around DELL Pro 16 PC16250. The MS91T pattern is ours. the lid folds back into a wedge, which is the whole reason we cut a separate pattern instead of selling one size for everything.
The hinge is the weak point in most hard cases, so ours is reinforced along the full length and the shell stays square when the lid is open. That matters more on the DELL Pro 16 PC16250 than on most machines, because its lid is the widest flat panel you own and the first thing a dropped bag finds.
The front compartment takes a brick, two cables and a pass — enough that a 16-inch case stops being a laptop case and starts being the whole kit.
This one is the plain cut in 16 inch. It was measured against 16 inch DELL 16 DC16250/16 Plus DB16250, for Vostro 5620/16, Dell Pro 3/5 Series, Laptop Sleeve.
