Why we cut this one
We cut this one for Acer Predator Triton 500. the lid folds back into a wedge — the MS98 pattern means it goes into a bag that already has a laptop in it, and it does not change the shape of that bag.
What we care about is the gap between the Acer Predator Triton 500 and the wall around it. The hinge is the weak point in most hard cases, so ours is reinforced along the full length and the shell stays square when the lid is open. A machine that slides half an inch inside its own case is a machine that arrives with a dented lid.
The front compartment takes an adapter, a dongle and a folded cloth — enough that a 16-inch case stops being a laptop case and starts being the whole kit.
This one is the MS - Black cut in 16 inch. It was measured against Acer Predator Triton 500.
