Why we cut this one

We build this backpacks around ASUS ROG/Samsung Galaxy. The M16 pattern is ours. the laptop sits in its own hard-topped well, which is the whole reason we cut a separate pattern instead of selling one size for everything.

What we care about is the gap between the ASUS ROG and the wall around it. The laptop well is hard-topped and suspended off the base, so setting the pack down does not put the machine on the floor. A machine that slides half an inch inside its own case is a machine that arrives with a dented lid.

The front compartment takes a power bank, earbuds and a spare drive — enough that a 16-inch case stops being a laptop case and starts being the whole kit.

Great backpack for your slim line devices such as iPad/Asus Zen Book. Great pockets and protection. The only Down Side to this is that the shoulder straps could use some padding. Great use of material everywhere except for shoulder straps. Tends to dig into your shoulders after a bit when fully packed.

Before you buy

Can I run a trolley strap through the 16-inch case?

Yes. The back panel is flat and firm, so a trolley strap or a shoulder strap sits across it without folding the case or pressing on the ASUS ROG.

How do I clean the black finish?

A damp cloth and nothing else, with the ASUS ROG taken out first. Solvents lift the coating off the outer skin of the M16 and leave a dull patch that never evens out.

Does the M16 come with a warranty?
